By making a reservation or payment to participate in the Ool Wellness Retreat, the participant expressly and unconditionally agrees to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Nature of the Retreat

Ool Wellness is a wellness, transformation, and connection experience, designed as an immersive retreat that requires advance planning and non-recoverable financial commitments, including accommodation, logistics, production, facilitators, venues, and experiences. By confirming their spot, the participant acknowledges that Ool Wellness incurs costs from the moment payment is made in order to ensure the quality and proper execution of the retreat.

 

2. Payments and No-Refund Policy

All payments made to Ool Wellness are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: changes of plans, personal reasons, health-related issues, work-related matters, or force majeure affecting the participant. The payment does not constitute a deposit, but rather consideration for reserving a spot and for the planning, organization, and execution of the retreat.

 

3. Ticket Transfer

The retreat ticket may be transferred to another person only until April 30, 2026, provided that:The original ticket holder notifies Ool Wellness in writingThe substitute participant accepts these terms and conditionsThe substitute participant meets all participation requirementsAfter April 30, 2026, no changes, transfers, or modifications to ticket ownership will be permitted.

 

4. Force Majeure and Conditions Beyond Our Control

Ool Wellness shall not be held responsible for the cancellation, modification, delay, or rescheduling of the retreat or any included activity when such decisions are due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to: hurricanes, storms or heavy rainfall, natural disasters, health alerts, governmental restrictions or regulations, transportation or service interruptions, or any situation that may compromise the safety, integrity, or experience of participants. In such cases, Ool Wellness reserves the right to modify the program, adjust activities, change dates, reschedule, or cancel the retreat without generating any right to a refund.

 

5. Use of Image and Audiovisual Material

During the Ool Wellness retreat, photographs, videos, and audio recordings may be taken for documentary, promotional, educational, and communication purposes. By participating in the retreat, the attendee grants Ool Wellness their express consent to use their image, voice, and likeness in any audiovisual, photographic, or digital material, without financial compensation, indefinitely and across any medium, including social media, website, promotional materials, and future brand campaigns.

 

6. Liability and Assumption of Risk

The participant acknowledges that wellness retreats involve physical, emotional, and experiential activities and agrees to participate at their own risk, releasing Grupo Xcaret, Ool Wellness, their team, partners, and facilitators from any liability arising from injuries, losses, damages, or situations beyond the organization’s control.

 

7. Acceptance of the Terms

By making any payment, the participant confirms that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, accept that their payment is non-refundable, and agree to the cancellation, force majeure, and ticket transfer policies.
